Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Technology, Pune is the first campus of the D. Y. Patil Group of Institutions. The campus was started in the year 1983 with the vision of empowering people through knowledge of “Better Education Better World”. Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Technology offers 9 Undergraduate Programs including programs in departments such as Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Robotics, and Data Science, and 5 Postgraduates programs. The Campus has well-maintained lawns, trees, and plantations leading to a pleasant environment. DPU has left no stone unturned to reach the peak of merit in engineering education.
Hostel facilities are available for boys as well as girls on the campus. 24-hour medical facilities are available at Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College Hospital which is in a nearby area of the campus. Staff members are also involved in research and studies and have undertaken research individually and in collaboration too.
